Matthew 6:34 ()
34 Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Lest We Forget

Isaiah 19:24 In that day Israel will be the third party with Egypt and Assyria, a blessing in the midst of the earth, whom the Lord of hosts has blessed, saying, “Blessed is Egypt My people, and Assyria the work of my hands, and Israel My inheritance.”

This is the Will of the Lord.

You might want to review which enemies do we love?

If you do a quick review of the subject of loving your “enemies” in the New Testament you’ll find them listed as “your”  enemies”; members of one’s own household,, you before you were saved, lovers of the world, unrepentent Christians, doubters of God’s Word, etc. But if you look at the “enemies: of God” the matter of loving changes a bit, for example. Luke 19:27, “And as for those enemies of Mine who didn’t want me to be their King, bring them in and execute them right in front of me.” Or consider Paul’s dealing with Elymas, Acts 13:9-11, “You son of the Devil, full of deceit and fraud, and enemy of all that is good! Will you never stop perverting the true ways of the Lord? Watch now, for the Lord has laid his hand of punishment upon you, and you will be struct blind.” Hmmm, selah. Sojourner

Maybe It’s Time For A Change In Our Attitude

During the Reformation, not an easy time for Christians, John Calvin, (of whom I am not a big fan) gave the Church on this Earth a new identity. He called it The Church Millitant. Using the term in it’s second meaning that would make us “positive and forceful in action, resolute”. Not the Church, “namby- pampy”, as much of it appears today. It is simply unacceptable not to declare our Faith in Jesus Christ boldly, frequently and loudly. regardless of who it offends. Stand up and be counted again Church of Jesus Christ

Does the Koran permit killing infidels?

See posted answer from another blog under “comment. We Christians find it hard to believe that any religion would sanction the murder of those who will not accept their doctrines, to the end that we are easily mislead and nieve. This trait is therefore the very reason that Islam has made and is making such inroads in free societies today. But please inform yourself and others of the information from the koran under the comment section below.

Koran permits lying in it’s own defense

See explanation from “Levitt’s Letter” January 2011 page 26 listed under “comment” below. Honesty, truthfulness and integrity are hallmarks of mature Christians. And because of that we are easily misled and disceived. But Islam believes the end justfies the means, and their end is total world domination even if it takes 5,000 years. Be wise as serpents and innocent as doves, Jesus instructed us. Read the comment below.

Remember also those being mistreated, as if you felt their pain in your own bodies. Heb.13:3b

Although Abel is long dead, he still speaks to us by his example of faith.  Heb. 11:4b  see . Out of sight out of mind, is too often the Chrisian’s defense for not extending our love and concern to all Christians worldwide. We tend to stick our heads in the sand an ignore the sufferings of other Christians with whom we have no fellowship. How will we explain our selfish myopia to Jesus? Read the petition below from the link below outlinning the suffering and persecution of just the Coypts and start praying without ceasing.

Can We Not Watch And Pray With Them For A Few Minutes?

While most of us will never be called upon to “resist sin to the point of shedding blood” there are those who this very hour are, and without complaining. They are those whose homes, Churches and personal lives are invaded or threatened by hostile forces determined to rid the earth of Christians. And no, money won’t stop the problem, and no neither will force. But we can pray, we can testify,  and we can resist satan when he would send us cowering into a corner fearing our own self interests. Pray for those enduring persecution as if you were there and pray that they’ll escape and evade such treatment as God allows.  St. John

What can Christians do to keep from becoming spiritually dull?

Keep on loving others as long as life lasts in order to make certain that what you hope for will come to true. (Heb. 6:11b NLT) For God is not unjust. He will not forget how hard you have worked for Him and how you have shown your love to Him by caring for other BELIEVERS as you still do. (Heb. 6:10 NLT) Then you will not become spiritually dull and indiferent. (Heb. 6:12a NLT) helloooo.  Macon
